Community Based Day Supports (CBDS)

Centered on personal interests, the CBDS program has structured group activities that enhance the skills needed to connect people with the community and increase their independence. Accessing the community and learning about opportunities is central to the design and delivery of our services. The individuals gain knowledge that allows them to make informed decisions that guides them on the path they desire.
